Rockstone AI Development AB is responsible for the personal data described here. If anything below is unclear, or you want to exercise any of the rights at the end, use the contact form.

What this site collects

Only what you type into it, and, if you allow it, anonymous usage statistics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read. It runs only after you accept analytics in the cookie notice. Decline, and no analytics cookie is set and nothing is sent. There is no advertising network and no cross-site tracking pixel.

The contact form

Your name, your company, your email address and your message. They are used to answer you, and for nothing else. They are stored in this site’s database and in the mailbox the message is delivered to.

The waitlist

Your email address, so we can tell you when the product you asked about is ready. It is not used for any other mailing.

Spam and abuse protection

When a form is submitted, a hash of your IP address is stored for a short period to limit how often the form can be sent. The address itself is not written down, and the hash is discarded automatically.

Who else is involved

  • Our hosting provider keeps the server this site runs on, and its logs.
  • Cloudflare sits in front of the site and sees requests as they pass through, which is what lets it filter attacks.
  • Google Fonts. Pages load typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Your browser contacts Google directly to fetch them, so Google receives your IP address. Nothing else about you is sent.

Your data is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone beyond what is listed above.

Google Analytics. If you accept analytics, Google receives your IP address, the pages you open and a random identifier stored in a cookie in your browser. It is used to count visits, not to identify you, and it is not combined with anything else or used for advertising. Google may process this outside the EU.

How long it is kept

Contact messages are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted. Waitlist addresses are kept until the product launches or you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. Spam-protection hashes expire within the hour.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data held about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, have it sent to you in a portable form, or object to it being used. Send the request through the contact form and you will get an answer within a month.

If you are not satisfied with how that is handled, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
